In several areas, we ask you to provide information by filling out and submitting an online form. The Wine Girl do not process sensitive personal information. We ask for your name, email address, and contact information so we can follow up on your inquiry and order with Boisset Collection. We may contact you if we have a question about your order. We may ask for credit card information so we can fulfill your order through the Boisset Collection website, and so we can provide this information to the company or companies who process your credit card payment.
We do not, under any circumstances, sell your information to anyone. Period. We may share your data with third-party service providers who perform services for us or on our behalf and require access to such information to do that work. We have contracts in place with our third parties, which are designed to help safeguard your personal information. They will not share your personal information with any organization apart from us. Anonymous visitor information is recorded by Google Analytics and used by The Wine Girl to obtain site statistics. This information is not shared or sold to anyone. Ever. Google Analytics records which browser you use, how you found this site, and tracks hourly/daily/weekly/monthly visitors.
The Wine Girl does not share, sell, or trade email addresses, information collected as part of a survey, or specific details about you or your household. We do not contribute to or participate in shared or cooperative databases, which give other companies access to your personal information. We do not release credit card or financial information for use by other companies, except Boisset Collection to fulfill orders. For both privacy and security purposes, all transactional information communicated between customers and The Boisset Collection site is transmitted in an encrypted format, and all credit card information is deleted from their servers immediately after card authorization.
We may receive information from public databases, marketing partners, social media platforms, and other outside sources.
We have organizational and technical processes and procedures in place to protect your personal information. We provide links to Boisset Collection and other sites that we think you will enjoy. These sites operate independently of us and have established their own privacy and security policies. For the best online experience, we strongly encourage you to review these policies at any site you visit.
When you create an account with Boisset Collection, they ask for your name, address, phone number, email address, and a username and password. They use this information to fulfill your orders and to enable time-saving features like express checkout, wish lists, and saved baskets. Boisset Collection do not share or sell this information.
When you make a purchase or join the Wine Society (aka Wine Club) your credit card will be processed by Boisset Collection. Please check your credit card statement to verify that the charges have been properly processed. We do not share any other information with third parties, except in the case of contact or order information needed to fulfill your order. Boisset Collection do not share or sell email addresses.
The Wine Girl is always looking for ways to improve our site’s features and services and to improve the way we communicate our information practices.
